Customer Support - Attractions & Services

At times, we may recommend Attractions & Services for your trip. To purchase an attraction or service, select the item’s checkbox, click the Reprise button, and continue on to the next page. If you'd like to continue without adding Attractions & Services, make sure all checkboxes are cleared and continue on to the next page. Some Attractions & Services are added by default and cannot be removed. Please be sure to review all Attractions & Services before continuing on the purchase path.

Reviewing details

The Attractions & Services details page provides additional information about Attractions & Services, and generally includes the following details:

  • Price

  • A brief description of the Attractions & Services

  • Pictures provided by the supplier

  • Redemption dates and times

  • Inclusions and exclusions

  • Supplier information

  • Redemption instructions

  • Terms and conditions of use

Note: If you purchase any Attractions & Services, you will be required to print an eicttours.net voucher and bring it with you on your trip.

Viewing and printing your vouchers

If you purchase any attractions or services, you must print the eicttours.net voucher and take it with you on your trip. Each attraction or service you purchase will have its own voucher. To print your vouchers from the purchase confirmation page, click View and print your vouchers. You can also print your vouchers from your itinerary. This is particularly handy if you do not have immediate access to a printer. To view your itinerary, go to the My Trips folder. On the itinerary, click View vouchers in the Attractions & Services summary. You must take your vouchers with you and present them at the redemption location indicated on the voucher. Vouchers are valid only for the listed travelers and must be signed.

Receiving your vouchers via express delivery

if you do not have access to a printer, you can call us at +202-26335666 and request that your vouchers be delivered to you. Vouchers will arrive via express delivery service within two to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. eicttours.net charges a nonrefundable $15.99 shipping and handling fee for printing and delivering vouchers. This fee will be applied to your credit card when the vouchers are shipped.
